i created a quick and inexpenive backdrop at the horse and hound pub for my 35th birthday.  why not!  i am on a role. 
i added a little fun by baking 5 dozen cupcakes and having a cupcaked decorating contest: the winner was amy goheen and her unicorn cupcake!
special thanks to garth and gary for all their hot air blowing up the balloons.
